★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service especially the supervisor. Came to return my purchases and one of the shirt has a slight stain which I wasn’t even aware of when I purchased. The cashier then refer to the supervisor who is standing nearby (not in her uniform briefing a new joiner) and the supervisor then looked at me and told me rudely to return it in Mid Valley because they don’t accept stained shirt. I told her it was the last pcs when I purchased and I didn’t even mind purchasing it and it’s ridiculous that she’s asking me to go to Kuala Lumpur from BU during this MCO period just to return the shirt!
She finally agreed to allow me to return but showed me black face throughout. I left the store without bother looking at anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, we bought the shirt and then we leave suddenly the sensor started to alarm. And then a stuff come to us asking us to give him the bag and recipe with an attitude. So we head back to the counter and there is a sensor haven't been removed from one of the shirt, so we ask the lady back then we serve us, and she check the recipe and she didn't even count the shirt and is in the bag we having. In the end just want to said their attitude and their service is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I returned an item bought the day before to the branch for refund on 30/8/2021. Until now it has not yet been refunded. Called store after a month and a half, they said payment not approved. Today came again, and they said bank pending still. Very bad service from this company. Your team should follow up la, why ask customers to call bank themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the fashion boutiques are getting quiet after CNY, but their sales campaign is still on going, which is worth the purchase if any.
For example in Zara 1U store, you can buy a jacket at only hundred that worth few hundred before, a trouser for less than hundred, fifty dollar t-shirt, etc ... some more eligible for upoint collection, really worth the money spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boutique is one of the largest in KL...at the end of new wing ...Gr floor..in front of Parkson...very well laid out for mens...womens..n kids...nice decor n very modern..n the clothes is new n in season..perfume ...bags..shoes...belts...backpack....latest collection..n staff is young n trendy...the problem is tat a bit dusty in the changing room..pls do something abt it????the outlet is cleaner now..good job???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet is quite big here and right next to Parkson. As usual, they have a section for men, women and kids. Quite a lot of stocks here and many clothing to choose from. Maybe the day I went was a weekend and during sales, quite crowded and need to queue to enter the changing room. There is a seat available in this outlet for you to rest your tired legs. Need to go outside of the outlet provided you can find an empty seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love shoping at ZARA Men's here. They have an amazing clothes and their selection is very different than other stores. The staff's are very helpful. Men's section here are not that big but the selection of clothes and styles here are very outstanding. Highly recommended.
