My family and I had BLACKLISTED Bukit Hitam Development Sdn Bhd, Ayer Bukit Puchong, Bromelia or whichever companies under AYER Holdings Berhad due to our recent bad experiences. Their management is not ethical and not professional, selling a property which is far more higher than the bank value price, S&P Agreement insisted to mark up higher selling price. We have been in the process of buying their property, loan has been approved long time ago, but the management keep dragging time, the whole process taken up few months and at the end the management said they want to sell that property to their Director's friend! To us, the whole buying process is just a waste of time. I truly believe that a company (no matter how big or how small), a management or a person WITHOUT INTEGRITY will not go far. And I also believe that such developer company will not be able to manage or build a property that is good for people to called it as home. My family and I are determined not to buy the property launched by this developer! Because their management has no professional ethics at all, the bank loan has been approved long ago, and we are very sincere to buy, but the management has been slow to give an answer, always saying that it needs a meeting and delaying time, and only a few months later did they say that their chairman is going to sell To your friends. The whole process of buying a house is just a waste of our energy and time! They let a sincere buyer completely disappointed in their service! I believe that such a listed company, in fact, no matter how big the company is, without its integrity and credibility, it will never go far. And there is no way to build a home where people can live in peace! Saya dan keluarga saya telah "BLACKLIST" developer ini, serta property yang dibina oleh company ini! Sebab management dia tidak professional langsung. Kami telah berjaya dapat bank loan untuk beli rumah, tapi management dia mengambil masa beberapa bulan untuknya caka untukny process, jual property tu kepada kawan pengarah dia. Saya dan keluarga sangat kecewa dengan company dan management ini, buang masa je untuk beli property dari dia orang. Saya percaya sebuah organisai atau orang kalau tiada integriti, dia tu takma akan developer berjaya la tak akan dapat membina rumah yang baik untuk kita tinggal!
