Modern clustered homes with affordable price. Half mil will get you a decent living here. The only down side is the location located at the fringe of BP2.

Used to live here for almost 5 years. Had no issues with security. Neighbors were nice and courteous. A number of activities organized by the residents association. Since we were originally from PJ, we felt that PJ was more convenient in terms of having more specialized stores and restaurants. A number of supermarkets located nearby ie. tesco, aeon and hero market. Bandar Puteri is not too far away if you need to go to the banks or pharmacy.

Well maintained free hold strata title property. Cleaners comes on alternate days to do public upkeeping like sweeping leaves..monthly fogging being done. Trees are well maintained and trimmed. Trash collections always on schedule. I love the environment...quite & peaceful..owners & renters mostly drives car..so no loud sounds from motorcycle disturbing your day & night.... It is a gated community,so safety is well taken care of..guards in on their feet around the clock... Neighbors are friendly and not nossy/busy body. They even hv community activities like celebrating lantern festival,halloween for kids.. From the LDP, its like u r using private road to the property location...hardly any traffic.. Locations is pretty strategic. To ERL putrajaya sentral - 8mins To cyberjaya - 15mins using the back road (No toll!) ? To KLIA - 20 mins To KL - 20 mins using the MEX hiway... Amenities are aplenty.... Iol mall puchong ioi city mall putrajaya Alamanda mall One city mall Main Place mall And owh..there are at least 4 LRT stations around puchong....convenient eh...??

Rental estimated from RM1k - 1.5k Low maintenance fee, a good place to live for a small families with children as they provide playground and exercise facilities.
