★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and using different charges on extra item. When I was there three gentleman came and scold the worker due to faulty of installation. Not professional at all. Do not buy anything here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HID lights fitted and they turn off intermittently, they did not know that need a relay kit. The lights are dangerous from there, imagine you are driving on the highway and all of a sudden they turn off. Low quality products and poorly trained staff. Would not offer a refund me even when the lights don't work. I will never take my car there again, they are cheaters/scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a populal destination for car accessories enthusiast. From 2 lots + 2 levels, the place has shrunk! Service was poor more into forced sale. There were no smiles at all. The managress/supervisor simply brushed you aside giving the impression that you are not worth her while. What did I do? Like many others... I walked away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boss & salesmen are friendly and helpful. Price is reasonable. The only downside is the workmanship. I had 3 things done here: (1) Android headunit; (2) reverse camera; (3) tint on rear passenger window. After reaching home, i noticed several issues:
1. Cable (i suspect the reverse camera cable) came off hanging under glovebox,
2. Door cover was not installed back properly after they took it off for tint
3. There was a rattle sound around trunk area (maybe due to poor installation of the plastic covers inside trunk)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought the android player here yesterday. My only suggestion to everybody in any shop please check the total amount include fixing before because the amount will increase by few hundrends when adding the items before fixing. Applies to all shops. The chinese lady 1 sabahan girl provide good service yesterday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know what star to give becuase yes the front lady IS A BETCH. NOT RESTING BETCH FACE, SHE IS A BETCH. I dont even acknoweledge her i straight got to uncle owner. 10x i go there, she always betchy attitude, why she even work there? everytime also say "saya panggil boss tanya", she doesnt know anything!. she is so bad that their malay girl manager always try to talk nice to you to soften the betchy face& attitude of the front lady boss. but this place can do things, just he out source alot, so must wait longer for them to order stuff which they dont have

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop has been running for over 30 years. I've changed my entire radio, CD Player with Mp3 together with all my speakers back when I was a college kid on my 3rd hand Toyota Corolla. They were very affordable.
Recently I visited the shop again, now a new location, with my dad to change our Nissan Serena's Android System and roof monitor so my son can watch his cartoon when we are traveling far. The initial experience was pretty bad because they did not have new stocks for roof monitors, and we got two pretty bad ones. One had gas leakage coz it was on shelf for too long and another had flicker and doesn't turn on at all. So the owner managed to change a new one for us by asking his manager to drive all the way to their supplier to get ours so we can get it in time before our travels. I feel very much appreciated. We had to pay extra due to price difference of the products but I am fine with that as long as they are good products. Really hope their business will run well and stocks will keep being replaced by new ones.
Initially I was a bit angry because I had to keep going back to the shop but I'm touched by the owner's sincerity.
