โ โ โ โ โ I rarely give a bad review but here goes 1. I planned to withdraw my MyGAP account and the process is complicated as you all know. 1stly you have to message/call the branch to confirm stock. I can tell you guys 99% of the time product you want will not be available. So you just have to take what are readily available, if not either you wonโt be entertained or you have to wait FOREVER. 2ndly u have to make appointment online before coming over and as usual Saturday dont dream to get a slot. I have to take a leave on Monday from work to collect. 3rdly when you come here on Monday like me, i was informed their so called SYSTEM HANG/DOWN. So i have to wait again, FIY i drove 60km to come here, took a leave from work, make appointment and yet i still had to wait. What logic when most of the time system is down especially ON MONDAY ; is it the peak time of business hour coz it is only the beginning of the week! Dont let me start on their online platform glitch and certain products late delivery. BUT they kept promoting new products despite backdated late delivery to existing customers. 4thly what about the customerโs time? Time=Money=Gold right? So our time is not precious is it? Just changed preferred branch from Bangi to here but honestly same $#!+ but different type of smell. IMHO Seremban is the best. Too bad not all branches have the same quality of work and not as helpful. I've been PG customer since 2014 but only a minor improvement can be seen. Please improve your overall services, online and branches. 1 word to summarise. RUBBISH

โ โ โ โ โ Made an appointment online. Came at the exact time but have to wait an hour and a half to get called to the counter. When sitting at the counter the person manning it was rude. Too bad they don't wear nametags. Asked for my ic curtly, then he proceeded to care about a person on next counter. Like? I'm infront of you sitting almost 20 mins and nothing was done for me. I came to collect my dinar but is severely treated with curtness. So slow. Sloths do faster work.
