Always change security systems as for thumb scan for entry and now new access card gate system for bikes.. riders during rainy time still have to wait in rain and flash the card in rain and the gate moves teribbly slow! Really annoying. Very poor management! Since many students have to stay there, they always take advantage on them by jmposing new rules that merely to get money from them.. then at last no improvements. Worse place to stay!

e	eQa salleh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wont encourage you to buy house here eventhough the location is very strategic. The imposed rule seems very unwelcoming for the resident. Not too mention the lack of facilities. I didnt feel at home here eventhough this is my house. I regret that I didnt do extra research before buying this property.

It was a nice apartment fir a young family of 4 and up at the 14th floor if I recall, it was breezy and cool at night. However, towards her 5th and last year there, we heard the lift frequently breaks down and security became more unwelcoming. As this place became more popular getting a place to park became difficult and people ended up parking outside on the service lane. I think my sister-in-law said she was happy to leave this apartment as it had lost its glory.
S	Shafiq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic place to stay. Management can be difficult to deal with. Renting a parking is impossible as they said all car parks are occupied yet you can see empty spaces! I believe they’re from old records! The building also needs serious painting works! So far i have no problem with the elevators except that one unit in the middle block, never been fixed since day one i moved in here!!!
I	I Am AM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location. Highly accessible to major highways NKVE, ELITE & Federal highway. In the middle of 2 LRT stations. Yeah but need some kind of uplifting for the appearances inside out. But the facilities & management are much better now compared to before.
