As an owner, resident and investor at the same time, this particular apartment has its own unique selling points and great experiences too during my stay. With the upcoming LRT3 which is located just accross it, while Aeon mall on the other, university and amenities nearby give it an overall of a perfect location in the view of property market. Adding on to that, it offers weekend market (pasar tani) around the shah alam stadium which gives a great experience especially to those residents (local or foreign) here in term of livelihood, food, culture and many more. Not being bias, the vacant land (used to be tesco) which possibly to be develop in the near future (earlier was a plan for IJN - institute jantung negara but aborted) to increase its GDV in that area.

I really liked living in Emira , my unit was a tastefully furnished corner lot E-09-19 which I rented for about two years from a very nice owner. It's a peaceful and quiet place .I love the layout of the apartment as it looks and feels more spacious than the actual sq feet and the modern look of the interior as well as the exterior is lovely . The common facilities and amenities are also top-notch especially the roof-top . Having AEON at a walking distance is a bonus.

This condo have fulfill the urban living standard for βœ…work (Sham alam heart) βœ…entertainment( all the big mall surrounding, stadium), βœ…good connectivity(short distance drive to kl and klang), βœ…transportation(Upcoming LRT station ?) and hospital , university and so on. ?????

I have stayed for 2 years in a unit, got the best landlord who willing to listen to any of its tenant feedback and im very grateful with that. The management however, is another thing. Probably one of the worse customer complaint experience i had so far. They have a specific whatsapp group for the tenants, where most people will be inside for only announcements and update. What happened was, the management group shared cctv recordings where it shows my wife and her friend (which was also a tenant) who just came back from outside parked at an OKU spot. My friend car has an OKU sticker car, because he is. But the management somehow think it is appropriate to share video and public shame in the group mention that they had done some wrongdoings and previlege abuse. Me and my friend already explain that his wife is not the one who always use the car, but as long as the sticker is there it means you can indeed park at the spot. w We just asked for the admin of the wa group, which was the building management team to remove the video and apologize for Now the management simply avoiding us. No proper resolve, the video concerned is still inside the whatsapp group, and think that no apology is required for it. All in all, the management here is very judgemental, irresponsible, and dont know how to properly handle cases that they deliberately created themselves. Definitely wont consider or recommend this place to stay for longer term

Very conviniant, exceptionally beautiful on budget Residency to make living. Petrol Station, Aeon, AEON mall, ATM, Maybank, Mamak, Restaurant, Clinic, everything is just maximum 2min walking away. What else you want? Management is responsible and active. Guards are nice. Facilities are well maintained. Only the KTM, LRT, MRT stations are not very near by, but can access bus stop near by as well.
