★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a washing machine from Bosch that stopped working after just three years. Repair cost quoted to replace the burnt motherboard was RM800 even though the actual damage was to this tiny component within. Totally disappointed. Staying away from their products from now on.

I don’t know what system they use to manage customer repairs...
Poor quality of phone line.Most of times unable to hear clearly.No one picks up the phone as well.Always goes into voice recording!!
Even after more than 2 weeks of waiting,still no call for repairs or diagnosis!!
So much of a GERMAN QUALITY ??
