Depo pun dah ready rm50 sebab aku dah siap call customer service bsn tanya berapa depo utk buka acc baru. Bila sampai hari nk buka acc. Staff memang friendly tapi sayang ada kekurangan sikit. Dia tak menjalankan tugas dgn sebaiknya. Dia xexplain habis2. Dia tanya kenapa aku nk buka acc. Aku bgtau sbb aku dapat polis. Dia xminta offer letter tu. Then terus bgtau aku kata depo rm100 ye. Pastu dia dok tekan amende ntah kat komputer tu. Keluar resit apa semua. Then baru dia terang kat aku. Rm55 ni utk insurans bla bla. Aku mcm whatttttt. Lebur mcm tu je duit aku. Tau tak aku nk guna duit ?. Lain kali tanya la dulu. Ada offer letter tak. Ini tidak. Trus proceed sendiri tanpa tanya. Sgt kecewa. Sgt sgt sgt kecewaaaa Want to open a new account for police admission. I'm ready to bring you an offer letter. The depot is ready for RM50 because I'm ready to call customer service and ask how many depots to open a new account. When until the day nk open acc. The staff is friendly but unfortunately there are a few shortcomings. He's not doing his job well. He xexplain exhausted2. He asked why I nk open acc. I told you I got the police. He asked for an offer letter. Then keep saying I said depo rm100 ye. Then he pressed the amendment on the computer. Out receipts what all. Then he explained to me. Rm55 is for insurance blah blah. I mcm whatttttt. Melting like that is my money. I don't know if I use money ?. Next time he asked first. There is no offer letter. This is not. Then proceed on your own without asking. During and after pandemic customers are alredy limited but the service became really2 slow until each and every customers had to wait for more than 2 hrs.. Hopefully staffs will make it fast?
