★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i came here few times and i find that the staffs are not warm, never greet when i come in, i dont feel welcome, im more friendly then them. They are cold, the only reason i come here is because its near, if not i wont bother. 1st time i came, all the girls at the counter were chit chating, i had to ask for their attention cuz i wanted to ask question on the prices, so ayam kampung la this girls style. And one of the person actually press the submit button for my form without asking me, that it wrong ya, its not my job to train your girls to be professional. I once went to tropicana, the girl there is quite friendly which was nice, not like damas everytime go dont expect warm welcome ya it doesnt exist, all they did was rush me didnt give me time to catch my breath, to drink some water or take my time to see their product details, they just wanna know if you intrested to buy the product straight or not, without even explaining on product detail, i felt so uncomfortable as they were just oogling me, waiting too see what i decide, hello some privacy pls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy with the service and this place . Did my lashes extension here for the 2nd time .The lash consultant , Miss Jawa offered professional advice prior and after the lash extension. Am pleased that she was able to help select the right lashes according to my eye shape. Besides that ,she was very gentle during the entire process and it was so relaxing that I fall asleep .Will highly recommend this place to all my friends!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Bubble Gum Lash for years, usually done my eyelash extensions at Puchong or Casa Tropicana outlets and their service and treatment have always been wonderful, I’ve referred many customers to BGL. I’ve even done business collaboration with Bubble Gum Lash before with my own business because I truly enjoyed the treatment and friendly customer service, and wanted to help promoting BGL.
But today knowing I would be late to the service due to an overrun meeting and unforeseen unusually congested traffic, I politely informed Bubble Gum Lash earlier bout the delay, rushed through congested traffic of close to 1-hour, only to be denied entry by Bubble Gum Lash that they will be canceling my appointment even though I have already arrived at the centre. This is absolutely absurd - especially for a beauty saloon that should be prioritising customer experience.
I admit that it’s my fault to be late to the appointment, but I do expect a certain level of respect and good customer service to be reciprocated by your staffs if you wish to retain customers - when I was able to politely talk and inform your staff about the tardiness, and still brace myself through a close to 1-hour traffic, could you at least respond in a better manner? Or any alternative? But no, the only respond I got repeatedly was “our therapist said no, cannot do even if you reach”, in a cold cold manner. And then I gotta spend another 1-hour in the traffic back home for no reason at all. Seriously.
May I add on that, when I was making appointment through WhatsApp weeks ago, I told them I wanted to book a slot on 26th May (before discussing on the time) and the customer service replied me directly with a copy pasted message of me securing a slot at 6pm - without even discussing with me beforehand if I can make it to the time slot. Days later, I got a call from Bubble Gum Lash reception to question me why have I booked 2 slots on the same day (11am and 6pm).
Conclusion, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve done natural lash extensions and a lash lift here before.
Pro - good customer service, excellent trial price, easy parking, natural lash extensions were very pretty and long lasting.
Con - I hate to say it since the staff were so lovely but I was not a fan of the lash lift unfortunately :( I mentioned I didn’t want a lift that’s too ‘angular’ but my lashes came out almost at a right angle. I’m not sure if it’s because they’re quite long but flat which might make them difficult to shape.
Edit 26.5.22 (1 day after I posted this review):
Today Yasmin from BGL kindly called me to hear about my experience and for feedback. She told me it may have been because for longer lashes they tend to leave the solution on a bit longer to make sure they set properly. Totally makes sense! In general, she was really nice about it all, apologised for the lashes and said they’ll pass on the feedback to the therapist.
I’ve bumped up my rating from 3*s to 4*s (they did not ask me to) because I really appreciate how they genuinely wanted to listen and improve. Also, everyone makes mistakes sometimes and I’ve had many good lash extensions experiences with them so far!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 2nd time to Bubble Gum lash (first round went to Casa Tropicana branch).
I found that they lashes is not as durable as the first time and my right eye lashes dropped more than the left eye. This must be something wrong with the glue.I have followed their instructions to wait 48 hours not to touch any water. This is the lashes that dropped within the first 3 days.
The treatment experience wasn’t good too. The room is so quiet and no music , I heard people in and out, talking loud and the noisy door sound. The beautician even
listen to music with her headphones when doing lashes for me. For me, I felt that she is not focusing on doing the lashes and this is not professional.
Didn’t expect that the treatment was this bad. I was thinking to buy their package but thanks to this experience I decided not to go back again.
