★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My feet and hands were terrible. They looked like I'd been fighting bricks for 3 years straight. These ladies went to work and had me walking out of there with almost brand new feet. They were born again like a Christian baptism. The ladies took so much care and attention. It was very much appreciated. I definitely highly recommend. I would give more stars if I could!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices are decent for the ambience of the shop. It was a great experience and my nail artist was very patient and helpful in helping me to decide the design I wanted for my manicure. The environment was comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely recommend this place for a good relaxing manicure. Next time I'm in town, I'll drop by again. The nail cuticle oil they recommended were wonderful too and smells great and at a cheap price ☺️

This place is so neat and tidy and aesthetic and pink.
Great service and professional staff.
You can have a perfect pampering session here.
They also do eyelashes Extension and waxing. Do try this place, located at beauty hall at Pavilion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Pavillion and search for nail parlour on google maps. Came accross this one and read about good reviews about this shop. It is located at Beauty Hall, level 7, secluded from the noise, this beauty hall is very calming.
I came without booking, at 4.45pm and asked to do Express Manicure. Then the staff asked if I can wait for 15-25 minutes since she was attending other customer at the moment.
Then I waited, around 5.15pm she approached me and started to do my manicure at the pedicure chair. My cuticle was not messy at the time since I just did my manicure last week.
I asked to add buffing as well, and she said it will cost additional RM10 and I agreed to that since it was stated in the "menu".
Upon doing my manicure, I assumed that she found that there was not many excess cuticle so she said that I will not be charged on extra RM10 , so it will be only RM35 including buffing.
The manicurist did well, no rush at all.
Overall session takes about 15 minutes only since I finish around 5.30pm. I would like to come again in the future for the scenery view upon doing my mani-pedi. The shop also has quite aesthetic deco ?
However only complaint about the payment method, they displayed Grabpay but there is no Grabpay method so I resort to Maybank QR pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here after reading about the positive reviews as it was located just across the hotel where we stayed. I walked in on a Saturday late morning without appointment. Since I was flying off the sale evening, I figured it was pointless to have an appointment. A lady at the reception very kindly listened to what I would like to do and did her best to accommodate me. I am very grateful to Sara for the fantastic pedicure and semi permanent varnish she did. It was a great experience I would certainly return.
I took photographs of the location. The only way to get there is to take the lift up to the dining floor. Then look for the Parksons entrance and there's an escalator to the Beauty Hall. Go through the doors and you will see BMIC ahead on the left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I just left Bmic nail spa and literally had the best experience in the last few years. We travel a lot and get spa services in different countries and this one just has to be one of the best. Esther did my manicure so gently and professionally while Sara did my pedicure. They both worked with sterilized tools and maintained very high level of cleanliness through out the session. My color was acting weird and they did not hesitate to wipe it off and reapply the full set to make sure I was happy with the outcome.
My husband got his pedicure done with Sara and manicure with Amy. We travel tomorrow and he wished we found them sooner but we know Bmic is our go to salon in KL from today onwards.
We highly recommend this place and these professional ladies. Trust you'll have an excellent treatment in an aesthetically pleasing salon.
