โ โ โ โ โ 1st time tried. Very friendly staff and accommodated me the moment I arrived to the shop even though my appointment at 3pm. They explained everything in details. Recommend place. The staff needs more training. The rest are perfect ? service.

โ โ โ โ โ Super annoyed. I usually went to other waxer at Kota Laksamana. This is my first time here and not satisfied with the result. My hairs grow thicker and it didnโt fully remove. Before this, it took my hairs to start growing more than 1 month but this time not even 2 weeks. It was so rush not even 20 minutes meanwhile the one I went to before did 1 hour for brazilian.

โ โ โ โ โ Service was great! Went for underarm wax and Nadiniโs work was clean, painless and thorough.
I had some other therapists from other bubblegum wax branches that were always in a rush and did not do a proper job but this branch is the best so far.
