Bgmw is a great place to start your waxing experience as they truly address all your fears and worries as a first time waxer. What more their appointment booking system is easy, with reminders for next appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a voucher and called in to make an appointment for one service, but during the call the person mentioned two services which led me to think that the voucher is supposed to provide both services together. But after both service was done only they mentioned that the second service is an add-on which had to be paid for. During the session, they upgraded to hard wax without letting me know and I did not know that it would cost additional as well. It’s not professional to be incurring more and more services and costs without letting the customer know beforehand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came today 16/2/2022 for my laser hair removal in taipan branch, my appt is at 10.30 am i came in at 10.16 am and when i went to the counter the lady name “ennie” told me with her rude way “have a sit we haven't started yet” too bad when they want us to sign up for their package they will talk so sweet and when we already sign up they treat us that way. Is that the way for the reception people accepting their customers? No hi no good morning instead i did greet her with “hi” and she replied me with her ugly voice! Hey ennie if you read my comment here correct ur way of talking to ur customers I believe you are a professional in ur ur field so behave like one! I hope bubble gum wax taipan branch can take this things seriously improve ur staff to be more friendly to the customers. No matter how expensive ur tx is but if your staff are good people will still go for you, but if you are rude no way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to have my upper lip laser at the Shah Alam branch. But since I woked at USJ, and my working hours are difficult to make appointment at Shah Alam, I asked to change to USJ Taipan. I must say, the service is soo much better here. I had 2 sessions with this nice lady name Rose and she did my session VERY THOROUGHLY. Unlike the other earlier sessions I had in Shah Alam which took like couple of minutes (forgive me for saying this but in my opinion, like cincai ??). The first session I had at Taipan was also like that (not with Rose), even when I finished, the receptionist was stunned and said "Eh cepatnya?".
Anyways, I really admire Rose's work as my session with her, I finally see an improvement on my upper lip because she really took her time and I truly appreciate that. My appointment with her in March 2022 had a huge difference than my last 7 sessions in Shah Alam. I realised that all these while, maybe they weren't really doing it properly :(
I hope BGW staffs who does laser can take an example from Rose as she is an absolute professional at her work and also very sweet and gentle. (maybe give her a raise too!) Thank you, Rose & BGW USJ Taipan! ❤️
