★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beautician, Juplice is very skilled, gentle and efficient. Barely felt an hour passed. Did the lash lift and lash tint. It was definitely a good experience. The process was fast and comfortable.
Side note: I have very thin lashes but after the treatment, my lashes looks longer and thicker. I'm much inclined to come back again. P/S: Request for Juplice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Booked my nail appointment at 1pm because I have to ensure the manicurist has ample time to do my nails. (My lash appointment is at 4pm). But got informed that they had a little mixed up and if I’m okay with having my nail appointment at 2pm instead, I said okay. Because 2 hours should be alright to do all 10 fingers. (Plus I’m not going for complicated nail arts)
2. Reached the place at around 1.56pm. The staff inform that it’ll take just 10-15 mins as the manicurist is still attending to the previous customer. But in the end, I waited for 30 mins and only started my session at around 2.35pm ish.
3. I have no choice but to make do with just plain gel polish as I’m afraid that I couldn’t make it for my lash appointment 4pm (bubble gum lash). The manicurist was like rushing to do my nails and took only like 1 hour? The work wasn’t satisfactory.
Overall it wasn’t a pleasant first experience at Bubble Gum Nail - USJ Taipan branch. I came on time for my appointment, so why do I get penalised? No next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend got the signature lashes, the lady was not experience at all. She was rough and wasn’t careful while attaching the extension lashes. The process stung her skin and eyes as the person used too much glue and placed it too close to the skin.
Ended up having to fetch her to another centre right after to remove it as she was tearing up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always been getting my lashes done here and it was always good and on point. Recently, few days ago, I had an extension done at the Taipan outlet as it was my monthly visit to get a new set. However, i wasn't satisfied with the outcome of it as it wasn't done properly and some lashes doesn't even have extension on. And the therapist did not even inform me that she changed the length of the extensions.
I requested for them to fix it but they were reluctant. They told me to come by at 6pm at a very last minute on a Sunday which I already have dinner plans. And they refuse to fix it on any other day. Which is ridiculous and it just shows that they do not want to fix it.
To add on, apparently, there's no more free touch up session.
Honestly, this is a very very bad service n response when they did not do a good job and try to push it around n giving all kinds of excuses to not fix the issue.
When you are in a service business, I think customer's satisfaction is the main priority. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my manicure recently with this outlet and totally disappointed with their service. The reception people very good in talking but when comes to service its totally unsatisfactory. I showed them the nail art i wanted and instead their manicurist suggested a different design which was convenient for her and refused to do the way i wanted and charged me so expensive for an ugly nail art just for 1 finger only from each hand. I was fed up and didn't insist to counter the design she proposed and accepted it as i didnt want to waste my time. Secondly, i requested for a photo to be taken once done, the manicurist was not skilled in taking the picture as a result the pic didn't turn out well and it seems it was deleted when i requested and they were like rushing for the next customer due to poor time management.
Also, my photo was not published on their insta story as they screwed it up with design. This will be my last visit for such kind of poor quality service and high cost of course. The only thing they are good at is convincing customers to sign up for their packages.
Customer satisfaction impacts brand reputation and popularity. Hence, i hope your management would hire more professional people to work in this line of service with top notch service. After all we are paying for it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s the first time since I’ve did the lash lift and tint. It’s really nice I love it but the only problem is that the difference between the left and right side of my eye is really significant. I’ve demanded an explanation, what the therapist tried to convince me is that my eye lash on one eye is shorter than the other. I’m quite sure it’s not. I’m now worried two weeks down the road both of my eyes are going to look very different. It looks different already now. Disappointing.
Update.
Emily, the assistant manager of the branch reached out to me. She fixed my lash. I am grateful. Wished it was resolved on the same day.
