2. very slow service
3. outlet manager’s has no manner. he tries to avoid confronting any issue when customer comes and complaints. not professional when dealing with customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order the black series and a strawberry croissant on 30/12/2021. So the verdict is this place is overrated. The ice cream was ok but the croissant was a trash. I'm a fan of croissant...and this is the worst croissant I ever had...the pastry was hard and not buttery...and I had spent RM6.40 for this rubbish. The system is hairwired so...I think I will going to other place instead.
