Self service restaurant. If u want to add order u have to queu all over, if que is long.yes u need to que.
Sauce station limited and no people stand by to top up.
Same goes with spoon station. Dusk and have bugs.
Tissue u need to get to counter.
U need to get ur own order, no one will send it to u.
U need to choose station and do on ur own. No one will assist unless u call one of the staff.
The ambience is nice and spacious. One star for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing lakeside bbq steamboat experience. It has a small attached park with some animals. Best ambience you could ask for. Order sets of food at counter and bring to your table. Ready cooked food is also available. Service is good.
Thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Its a must try experience.
I would say this is a 4.5 star experience as there are rooms for improvement. The overall Food is quite a bit too salty. The Korean bbq chicken pieces are thick slices that is hard to consistently ensure its cooked. The prawns seems like its preboiled (red), i hope to see some fresh prawns instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricing fair... Food decent, but maybe reduce the artificial seasoning... Venue and surroundings... Excellent. I think like many who has been here, definitely a good place to come once, but how about returning here regularly? That's the "ingredient" missing. That's why there is much room for improvement.
