★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a non integrity merchant, the introduction only states that the toilet and shower room need to be shared with others, and it is specifically stated that the room cannot be cancelled once the payment is made(Why do I have to write it out in particular, because it’s important).
After arriving, I found out that the room only has fan and no air-conditioning. Then the merchant asked me if I want can add more money to upgrade to an air-conditioned room. I think this is a fraudulent method that makes me feel deceived.
Basically now all rooms provided in Malaysia must with air-conditioning (because in Malaysia, can you sleeping comfortable without air-conditioning?), unless it is a special environment like in Genting Highlands.
Now the merchant’s room does not have air-conditioning but it is not noted to customers know. Only waiting for the customer come to the door, then the merchant said that the air-conditioning room will be available but need to pay more additional money. Because there is a mechanism that cannot make cancellation the room when we already booking. These actions all illustrate the deception methods of the merchant.
Then this fan single room has no space for activities at all, and the cleanliness is very dirty, and the fan dust is very thick. I don’t know can upload photos to Agoda’s reviews or not, If it can be uploaded the photos, AGODA please send someone from the relevant unit to determine this situation is true or not.
I was very disappointed with this time stay experience, because this show out AGODA management doesn’t know the hotels provided by AGODA are deceiving customers, especially this merchant have a 7.8 points of reviews
