You can climb from the campsite in about 3-4 hours It is better to go along the river while checking the landmark tape.

Selamat mendaki
The climbing experience in this chenuang bukit is very unique, it is a hill that is very difficult to climb and needs high stamina and strength. Only regular climbers are recommended for this. If you compare her in the hills of the hill of lice with difficulty climbing on the pine trees. The amount I took with 29 people was 10 hours 42 minutes with a short break (from parking to parking, the whole time).
The length of a one-round (trans) track is 13.3km, the track is quite confusing and very heavy. The path is challenging because it is small, smooth, less step, 70-80% climb, some are almost closed, barbed paths. Get ready for the right gloves.
Very unsuitable for elementary school children. That's a mistake later. It is best to look for local guides, they are well versed in areas and places of danger, they know where to waste water, bees, roads, water points and others.
Happy climbing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hiking area , less popular and less people visiting less crowded that's what I like it most, tropical rain forest full of shade trees giving shelter from the sunlight. For those who love nature there are plenty of floras & founas, bees & butterflies, the only down side is too many leeches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ View is nice but hiking to here is very difficult especially fallen trees and bamboos everywhere on the trail and so it force you to crawl many places. Taller person like me, very difficult to pass through some places. But if you reach the summit Bukit chenuang around 835m then you can experience the view. From this point you can go hiking further to Batu kumbang which is another 1 hour and with very very nice view. So don't miss Batu kumbang if you till here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Info latest as of September 2020 (subjected to changes by authority)
1. Hiking is not allowed unless you applied a written permit from relevant authorities.
2. The picnic area is still opened, and technically the hiking entry point (accessible thru Zone 6) is opened to public but however it is strongly advisable to obtain a permit and follow latest instructions from them.
* Past hiking experience in this trail:
Extremely challenging, alot of part has fallen plants, lack of paved path. Please try to not go after a rainy night as the trail is really slippery.
Please also prepare a proper hiking shoes, gloves (as there are alot of thorny plants there), salts (for leeches), energy bar.
The path is marked with red and yellow markers, but bear in mind that the forest not really maintained regularly so some path might be blocked and need to take a detour
