A nice view of Kuala Lumpur skyline featuring TRX and a bit of KLCC and KL tower. A side of Bukit Tabur can also be seen from here. Already a known spot for light recreation, this place would be a bit crowded on weekend & public holidays

Located along the 16km Klang Gates Quart Ridge, the hill offers a magnificent and eye opening view when you reached the top at about 865 ft above sea level. Access via Zoo Negara heading towards Kg Kemensah and park around ATV Adventure Park at RM3 per entry. New driver must be extra careful when driving along the narrow tar road leading to the parking. The walk/hike to the top would take around 30 - 45 minutes depending on your fitness. Mosquitoes repellent should be applied if you are allergy to this small creatures. There is 3 stops on the hill top with the 3rd and last peak offering KL city view while the 2nd stop where the landmark is situated offering a refreshing greenery of Banjaran Titiwangsa. Extra care and safety is very important when going up to tje top and on the top as the rocks are all ends with cliff with no safety net. Children below 12 should stop at 1st peak as it is quite challenging and dangerous for them to reach and stay on the 2nd and 3rd peak. Overall a good hill for city folks. Will definitely come back again.

There is one steep 100 degree climb but there's rope attached to help you climb. If you wanna watch the sunrise, go while it's still dark but make sure to bring headlight. The view at the peak is worth it.
A	Alken Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nestled in what once was a remote corner of Kemensah in Ampang Selangor, Bukit Batu Chondong’s similarity in topography to Bukit Tabur, its proximity to Kuala Lumpur city centre and its nearly unspoiled views make it an increasingly sought out destination amongst hikers. Bukit Batu Chondong’s accessibility is another reason for its growing popularity. Depending on your fitness level, it takes between 20 to 40 minutes to get from the trailhead on Jalan Taman Zooview to the first of Bukit Batu Chondong’s 6 lookout points. Distance-wise it’s a paltry 700 metres, but … it’s all uphill, some of it steep, with the final stretch requiring a little bit of rope work and a certain level of confidence. The journey starts a stone’s throw from ATV Adventure, one of many all-terrain vehicle operators here. Fencing on one side and rope on the other delineates Bukit Batu Chondong’s well-worn trail and separates privately-owned orchards from the bamboo groves and forest scrub of no-man’s land. Mid-way, the trail intersects with an ATV track which lead sto Air Terjun Batu Asah. It’s when you reach the base of a rocky outcrop, one that towers over you, that you know Bukit Batu Chondong’s ridge line is close at hand.
