The scenery is ok but the surroundings is disappointed.
The whole area did not have a good taken care of, look like a uninhabited hill.
The bridge, viewpoint,... looks so dangerous to step on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The climb is hard; you do need some sort of vehicle to go up there. The Thai food is ok (nothing to shout about) and the restaurant atmosphere is just like any other restaurant. Some parts of the restaurant seems either unfinished or abandoned. But the view from the dining platform is marvelous!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thai restaurant with a mix of local dishes, extremely big restaurant with different dining areas and available for big parties (must pre book). Must order their fried chicken and fried rice. Seafood freshness is just average. What i highly recommend is the VIEW for the sunset and any of the natural appreciation (they have a lot of wildlife at nearby area). You may come early to walk around before you dine in there. Check out the bridge for excellent paddy field view and long beach of Penang.
A difficult drive here if your vehicle is old as its quite steep.
Depends on where you are seated, some places with the aluminum/aloy flooring can be very very noisy and uncomfortable as the staff storm through beside and handle their food order.
They do not accept credit card as payment so use the touch n go ewallet or pay by cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 3 things to review here. First off the road that is leading the restaurant, it was way better then i imagined. They have proper road and you just need to drive slowly. Road is filled with lights not as what some review mentioned probably they fixed that issue. Next off i would like to review on the view, to be honest i was amazed to see another part of penang from a hilltop restaurant. Please go there by 7pm so you can get the sunset view. We took quite a number of pictures. I really enjoyed the view from the restaurant. Lastly i would like to review on the food, we ordered quite a number of dishes. The tomyam here is a bomb, its a must try and it has this authentic thai taste. I would say the same for the fish. What we wont like was the claypot taufu and fried squid. The fried squid was super expensive, it was rm40 for the portion they gave. The rest of pricing was reasonable. Overall i will rate it 4 star.

Hidden gem inside a durian orchard and situated almost to the top of the durian hill.
Very nice view at the restaurant with some nice deco. Request for booking earlier but got rejected by the shop owner. Should book a table near the edge. Windy and cozy.
Food is nice and price very reasonable. Next round should come during durian season around May/ June.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent spot for sunset view. This place is not so crowded when I visit but could be very crowded on weekend. Food is worth the drive up here but price on the high side. The road is steep and narrow, better go with SUV. They got up and down road separate which is a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good environment, food is good only (personal view) , the view is good up there though, but very hard to go up as it's on top oh hills. Going up before sundown is ok but when it's night there is no light on road and very steep and dangerous. (Lowered or car with body kit don't go up as many bump are very abnormal)
Environment is very good though.
