★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i visited the clinic on 18/10/2020. i waited for a long time outside of the consultation room. So, i decided to ask the staffnurse about when i will be called, she rolled her eyes and stared at me. when she went into the consultation room, the doctor was just sitting there alone, WITH NO PATIENTS. And when i consultated the doctor, she did not even examine me.
I work in the health industry as well.i think this kind of behavior is unacceptable. 1st the nurse and then the doctor. KKM should take action againts these kind of staffs that put the goverment health service to shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurse at the entrance was friendly and patient . A chinese pharmacist can improve her attitude especially when talking with Chinese old man who do not really understands malay. We respect every medical staffs and hope they do the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As said before, doctors and nurses are good. But management and security are not so friendly. Very bad management. They said parking is reserved to doctors but there is no signboard. Road are also blocked with tyre, don't know why. Bangunan dah cantik tapi buat peraturan sendiri. Ada jalan dihalang buat apa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The surrounding was great as well the behavior of the doctor and the stuff. Would give 5 star but there was no parking for patients. They have to park their vehicle outside the clinic which makes some mess around the area.
