★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang memuaskan. Masuk sahaja bilik Dr mula buat muka. Pengurusan agak lambat. Kita bayar untuk checkup tapi layanan daripada Dr sangat sangat kurang membantu.
 Not satisfactory. Just enter the room where Dr begins to make his face. Management is slow. We paid for the checkup but the service from Dr. was very helpful.

But till 3pm its closed. All the staffs are inside sitting. None of them came outside and open the door...such a lousy service. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most incompetent doctor and stuff. Very poor to respond to patient's needs. Requested MC from pervious date, which doctor didn't, and have to wait for stuff to confirm with doctor. Doctor has no urgency to respond to request. Very poor attitude when ask how long im gonna wait, stuff just said she don't know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should've looked at the reviews before coming here. First, very bad consultation! Secondly, they said if wana use panel, need to inform early and that is the procedure. If its your procedure, why don't you ask the patient if the patient is working, if we have medical card or what! I told them during the payment if can use this medical card or not. This is my very first time using a medical card to receive treatment from a private clinic. The nurse keep refusing and forcing me to pay cash. Another worst thing, CASH only. No card payment or ewallet. Hey come on la, it's 2020 and you're still expecting the patients to pay cash! What an outdated clinic! If there's an option, I would give 0 star for this damn clinic, nurses and doctor.
