K	Khye Shen Sim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, good thing is it has ETS and komuter services. And a better thing would be, this train is sort of like the checkpoint for trains going north or south. It has various self vending machine dispensing various snacks, and two water coolers for refilling of water. The ticket counter during peak hours could be faster by opening another counter. After all, I kinda like this KTM station because it has quite a large parking area (although almost always full), and the building is quite new too.

I would like to thank the staff at bukit mertajam station and bukit tengah station as well as kapten Shamsul Isa.
M	Muhammad Othman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station is not well connected if you're a pedestrian. The timing is stupid, I travel from Padang Besar to Parit Buntar and have to change train here. I waited nearly two hours for the connecting train. They were no delay, but that's how they arranged the timing. Just check your timing if you want to use this service. You don't want to look stupid staying in the station for two hours for a 15min drive distance.
T	Tan Yen Shuang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus stop is found on Front door, Grab,taxi and lift are available, It do have a small stall selling some food , Pau snack etc. Washroom hygiene and cleaness need to improve. Staff is friendly, The timetable and price ticket may refer at the bill board but sometimes time will differ a bit. Yet recommend E-ticket which will be more efficient. Please extend the train couch during peak hour.

F	Fikri Idris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ticketing counter very bad service. One 1 counter open to attend 2 type of ticketing. ETS and Komuter. Really slow. Need to 2 counter open daily or every hours. Not on peak hour only.
