★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on 13th August around 9.30am with an appointment that make from online system. There's a nurse at waiting area was on her handphone watching kinda movie/video. Don't wanna received pt that already make an appointment to see a doctor bcoz out of their area. Where's your accountability as a MOH? They should take a look first for the pt case,not simply reject. Btw, during that time also not too busy. From the online booking also hv lots of empty slot for that day.
