★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this clinic for my baby’s check up yesterday and that was my first time visiting Klinik Kesihatan and the nurses here expect us to know everything & very very rude. What do you expect when that is your first born & first time visit? I know you dealt with many people but please treat people nicely. So unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its so dirty!!! I saw cockroaches in toilet when i need to do pee sample and if you see the ceilings, looks like wanna fall off. The nurses are very rude too! Like they expect u to know all when its your 1st time there. When ask them nicely, they reply u rudely. Please la, improve for the sake of Malaysia name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t feel like rating 1 star if I can review without rating. The service is slow and bad. They don’t give priority to people who received a call from KKM for COVID test. Called many times but no one picked up the calls. Ended up just came and waiting so long yet to tell us what is the next step. Just informed you to wait in the isolation area. It’s just a tent and we were under the scorching sun. After 1 hour plus asked us to go back and come again tomorrow morning at 9am for the swab test. We arrived around 2pm. Why can’t you tell us right after we informed you that we need to do swab test? Seriously I am very disappointed and furious. I saw some positive reviews and good comments perhaps I am not as lucky as those patients. I really hope the government or someone could take this seriously and improve the service. You hardly can find a parking here. Better get someone to drop you off or grabcar to this place. If you are lucky, perhaps you could find a parking but slim chances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was satisfied with my 1st appointment on 15/6/2021. The registration counter, blood pressure checked and doctor were polite.
But today’s experience was not that satisfied with front counter and laboratory.
The lady at front counter gave uncleared instruction, so sequence was wrong.
The lady in laboratory was not friendly and inpatient.
But the staff in Room 12 for taking blood were nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to make new tca for home visit since i am day 11 postpartum. SN from Kuantan already called Kk sec 7 to make appt arrangement for me but they didnt even answered! So i had to call myself to make a new arrangement here. But no one answered. If anything happened to me, it has to be perinatal mortality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service even though they are swamped by patients. Staff are friendly and well trained especially in handling the public.
I’m impressed. First time here and was initially worried with the amount to people lining up.
This damn C19 making everyone’s life harder and less conducive.

In 2015, I found it took about an hour's wait to see a doctor here which was far better than KL KK Tanglin's 2 hour wait but decided to choose Klink Kesihatan (KK) Seksyen 19 as it was closer to Subang Jaya and was slightly faster. However from 2016-2018, the number of patients to KK Seksyen 19 rose rapidly even doctors there could not answer why. So beginning 2019, I return to this KK Seksyen 7 which proved to be much faster than KK Seksyen 19.
2. KK Seksyen 7 is better in that parking is free and not monitored by MPSA enforcement officers even along the public road although double parking is a norm so it is best to park at strategic places like the service road in between the hospital and KK or contact the pak guard at the hospital public parking lot if blocked by double parking as they have an equipment to lift the car wheels.
3. In cases where doctors at KK Seksyen 7 need to refer you to a specialist in the main hospital, all you need to do is walk there whereas if that happens at KK Seksyen 19, you need to drive to Shah Alam hospital.
4. I tend to wait at the X-ray section when it gets very crowded and the nurses don't mind.
5. Finally wifey was impressed to queue for the dentist upstairs was fast although there were many patients and recommends it to anyone as she was very pleased with the quality of their service. I compared it with KK Seksyen 19 and find the dentist section more pleasing, bright even got a seminar room and their toilet was clean. The only thing was that they are compartmentalize in task and to have a filling appointment if need be after a general check-up section. All in all, highly recommended because private dental service is expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 11.15am and did my registration, check up and medicine retrieval in just 30 minutes. Very fast and impressed. The Drs was very concerned about the patients and the questions asked are unlike the other 5 other clinics I went for the same problem. The assistants were very nice! Although getting a parking spot was a hastle but for this kind of service, no prob!
