โ โ โ โ โ Services very bad....the nurses from emergency until ward nurses all so rude....food delivery so slow and out of menu... bad experience and I won't recommend to others..... the doctor treatment is super good but the nursing care is totally out

โ โ โ โ โ First of all, your reception service is terribly worst. Not listening carefully and simply pass the line to the no reply line. Not only one. Many times same action. Please improve and this is the first impression on your medical center

โ โ โ โ โ I delivered via lscs by Dr Madhu,f/up under her as well, though she seems busy and has a lot on her plate,her patient care remains excellent. Anticipate to wait for a bit as she has ward patient,labour room patients, OT patients and daily outpatients. I would recommend her for obstretric f/up.
Not to forget Dr Lee anaesthetist in charge during my lscs, it was so PAINLESS.to my suprise i didnt even feel the local anaesthesia and the meds going in. Respect. Request for her if in need of spinal anaesthesia.

โ โ โ โ โ Definitely wonโt recommend to see Dr Madhu, gynaecologist.. I made an appt, got a GL and took leave but never got to see Doc despite being on time AND waiting for hours.. noticed she saw some patients before me and I was the only one left but then was told she had a surgery to attend to which nurse informed she will be back by 11.30 but dragged on and on.. I
understand complications may arise but definitely could have been handled in a more professional manner. Really the worst experience.. wasted my whole dayโฆ

โ โ โ โ โ I brought my dad to see Dr. Naren (Ophthalmologist). My dad had undergone cataract surgery of both eyes with him and it was a great experience from the start.He was ready to answer all my questions and he is a pleasant person to speak with at each appointment. We had a bad experience with my mom in another hospital as she has to do both her eye on the same day. Besides that dr naren made sure our discharge process was swift compared to first admission.. he goes beyond expectation. Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad experience! My son had admitted due to eye injuries. The nurse at emergency department is really impolite, my son was admitted at 730pm, but the visiting hours ends at 8pm. Since my husband need go back home and pack our things, so he asked the nurse is there any exceptional for him to come in the wad after visiting hour. The nurse seemed like don't bother to answer us, just said visiting hours will end at 8pm. Maybe she expected my husband back home and come to hospital again in 30mins. And the nurse never knock the door before came in, my sonโs head bang on the door when the nurse coming in, luckily didnt kena his eye. The front dest, billing department, record department is lousy too. Doctor came in next day at 7am saying we could discharged anytime, then we wait for 3hours, my husband was so angry, went to the front desk, all the nurses sitting playing with their mobile. Billing department promised us will refund our deposit within a week, now almost a month, we kept calling and calling more than ten times, they kept saying the same thing, let me check first, the my call been hung up. Hey, i just want my deposit back!

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Naren (Ophthalmologist). One of the best doctors, as his service was above and beyond expectations.
In addition, he is a pleasant person to speak with at each appointment. It's rare to encounter a doctor who combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with exceptional medical care. Highly recommended

โ โ โ โ โ I freaking hate to spend much of time to queuing for the payment. Hello bro this is private hospital can you guys increase the man power in cashier in order to increase the efficiency?? Everytime i came spend at least 30min in queuing ?
