Poor management, waited 15mins for a drink. There were 6 employees in that stall and only 1 were responsible for making drinks. Allocating 2 employees into drink making role is recommended.

The queue is long due to insufficient staff / capacity of kiosk. Overall is my go to kopi kaw kaw, can take up to 15 mins for a drink during morning rush.

A cashier chinese lady with very rude customer services. Should improve your customer services. Foods & coffee are quite good and only the cashier was bad and rude. My bill was RM 11.10, I paid RM 21.00 & she asked me another RM 1.00. Then she took RM 9.90 balance passed to me. I mentioned to her I gave RM 21.00 + RM 1.00 = RM 22.00. Then she only changed back to RM 10.90. She never apology and use the calculator calculate to me. Please educate your cashier how to deal with customer and don’t be too rude.

I actually love the Nasi Lemak here. Today, I was served by a young lady who was extremely unfriendly. Not a smile, not a thank u and showed that she hates her job. Then I was given a cold pack so I asked if she could heat it up and unwillingly, she did. I got back my pack, crazy hot but the wrapping was wet so I had to be very cautious unwrapping it as the paper was torn. I asked for a saucer so my rice did not fall on the table. 1 young man said, no saucer. She on the other hand, just slid the saucer rudely to me. So there, my unpleasant experience at Kaw Kaw today. I will still stop by here because the Nasi Lemak is tasty but will surely give her a piece of my mind if this happens again. To the management, please train your workers. Thank you. 10 May 2022 4.15 PM.

Was craving for a good old Malaysian Kopi Peng (Kopi Ais/Iced Coffee) for the long drive back home. Decided to give it a try. The place is located near Jaya Grocer and next to Inside Scoop They have options to manage your sweetness level which is uncommon for drink vendors selling local drinks. The kopi was smooth and actually kaw but nothing much special. And it's actually quite pricey RM5.50 for a small kopi like in the picture. But consider okay for Mall Pricing. Overall, if you want a quick fix for kopi or teh and watching your sugar levels, Do give the place a try.

1. Coffee is kaw kaw but also a lot of sugar added until it is borh sweet and bitter to drink. Are you sure coffee addicts like it this way? 2. Nasi Lemak is overpriced and the prawn sambal is nothing to shout about, prawns are frozen, thawed and cooked. 3. The normal nasi lemak is overpriced at rm4.20. Flavor profile is just spicy and sweet. 4. Toast is oozing melted butter and cheap peanut butter. Overall a great disappointment. Will never go back there again. Service is sliw, tables are infrequently cleared and tables are small, barely elbow room to eat.
