โ โ โ โ โ Always pushing sales before & after facial even after you buy their service/products. They scarred my face from one of the machines & when i asked her she said โjust leave it, it will go awayโ. I do not recommend this place at all. Zero feeling of being pampered.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst. .too pushy untill make people feel uncomfortable. Plus i feel like betrayed because they do differently with what they promised. Even after 7 times treatment still have no improvement on my skin. Everytime after laser treatment, my face have so many pimples. Then after that then will push you to buy another package and the price is not cheap. In total i already spend RM4000 for their treatment. But everything is just a rubbish.

โ โ โ โ โ Go to different place laa..this place is so terrible with their service, said treatment will be for 3 hours but actually the consultation/actually that the time for them to persue us to take their packages, the treatment only 30 minute? and they didnt do what actually the treatment suppose to include, too manipulative and pushy and when we didnt want to take extra packages they berate in front of our faces because we dont understand chinese..ask for receipt for extra service they push us to take but said no need to have it because everything recorded in their database, like seriously? Really bad experience..

โ โ โ โ โ I went to get the first-trial treatment for RM48. My consultant was extremely pushy, hostile and demeaning. She was very visibly angry when I didn't want to take any of their packages. She snapped at me, "Why did you come here then?!" Then she stormed out of the room and complained loudly to her colleagues about me. The actual 'treatment' lasted for 10 minutes, during which she STILL tried to persuade me to top up another RM50 for extraction. And after that she didn't even clean my face properly, leaving some black marks behind.
I have been to other beauty salons before and I know it's common for the staff the push sales as part of their job. But they shouldn't force and humiliate customers. It should be up to the customers to decide whether to take up on the offer or not. Of all the salons/medi-spas I have been to, this is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST. Their 'service' was rubbish.
Do yourself a favor and do not go to this place.

โ โ โ โ โ Feeling cheated, the service is just ordinary only, the people working there keep push their sales only, keeping push their customers buy their services. They cheated me by give one free treatment but after payment their count the charge on it. Better find a skin doctor than do some weired laser treatment. Plus they no cleanup my face fully after finish service, still got black thing in my face. Ps, they are annoying also but once u dont want give money for treatment anymore then they straight ignore you.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been waiting to write this review after completing all my sessions with them. Service sometimes is good and bad. Most of it is always bad. Pushy with their sales with all sorts of their discount tactics they can use on you like โdoctor gave you this promoโ etc. Too expensive price. And work being done is not good compared to the price paid. My last treatment with the consultant/manager was bad. I paid for all the treatment but at the end of my facial treatment, 1 particular treatment was not being done. The consultant bothered to inform me until I asked why this particular treatment is not done and she casually said the led mask malfunction. I paid the price for a full treatment being done not for a partial useless treatment. Throughout the treatment was all about sales talk and focusing less on their quality of work. Definitely not worth for their work.
