★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's new outlet at Nilai and my first visit to this outlet..first impression design look fresh and the cashier is nice to me..even I came on closing time, they still managed to cook fresh burger for me..btw the cashier name is Athirah...thank you for the friendly service..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon reading some of the reviews below, I was hesitating if I should dine here but gave the benefit of the doubt and tried anyway. Unfortunately, the service needs improvement. Although I have arrived and ordered ahead of some customers, for some reason the other customers managed to get their food served earlier. My order was a simple 2 sets of whopper but that seems to have created confusion nonetheless. They have prepared for only a set and I have to show them the receipt and ask for a 2nd set.
There weren't many customers therefore I think the service could've been improved.

What i got is idk wht kind of beefbacon it taste bad.. for 13 ringgit.. seriously.. the burger Ramli lagi sedap.the the new mozarella burger OMG... i feel like u just took out the vegetables from a whooper. Just a plain beef patty n cheese slice.. dude.. wheres the mozarella.? Tak sedap lansung. What happen to BK? I used to love their burger. Now it taste bad. And also i only got 2 fries ,not 3.. nvm la.. dah balik . Malas nk patah balik.. 1 star for u.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using grab, my single bbq beefacon doesn't have cheese slice. I add on mayonnaise, lettuce & tomatoes but presentation is bad. Don't be trick by my photography skill. BK probably can learn from burger stall on the street

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service quite okay as the staff is quite friendly, just maybe the burger king promotion is not synchronized with the staff, the promotion is changed while ordering. As the taste for me is just normal, but the fish burger is quite okay
