 The taste changes for local people. But this is the closest Chinese Muslim restaurant in Nilai! Clean but loud. The taste is localized a lot, and the waiters can only speak a little English, making communication difficult. The back kitchen is from Lanzhou and can speak Chinese. Very clean, but unfortunately the dining environment is a bit noisy.

โ โ โ โ โ Food was good but the rice was undercooked so had to return to be replaced. The staff could go for more training. Had to wait for 10mins for a menu when they clearly had seen us asking. Everyone just standing behind the counter and one with a phone relaxing drinking. Many customers busy? Nope?

โ โ โ โ โ This was our first time with Mee Hiris China Muslim. We have always been a fan of Chinese Muslim cuisine. We wanted to taste the noodle itself with the other side dishes we ordered. The noodle is a bit flat unlike the other competitors' noodle. Yes, we do enjoy eating the plain noodle in Chinese Muslim restaurants because it is supposed to be really good just on its own. The chili oil here is okay. The stir fried cauliflower was really good, I wished they were cut smaller bite-size. They ran out of lamb bites so we went with their beef jerky, they were not sliced thin enough so it was a bit tough to chew. Beef soup noodle was okay, nothing to shout about. Staff were nice and friendly, but kitchen needs to speed up and catch up. It took a while to switch our wrongly served mee tarik with the mee hiris. Nevertheless, we will be back for the lamb bites and others on the menu just to get a different experience/perspective. Probably at a different branch too.

โ โ โ โ โ Normal food, can improve... Its good thats its served hot... The fried rice were below average, did not expect that... The rice used were overcooked... Secondly, the store did not accept paywave or card, no notice were posted or inform abt that... Only cash and tNg... The staff were good and friendly... Environment is good... Its a new shop... You guys should give it a try... Go for the mee hiris with chicken, my braised beef is not that good for me... Hope to dine in again...
