★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Place, Nice Food but bad customer service..Went there today with my wife (13th November 2021) at 10.28AM. Ordered 2 sets ( 3 burgers, 2 fries ), they only gave 1 tissue. I went back to cashier and asking for more tissues suddenly she responded with rude voice "Tadi takde ke??"..I told her "Ada tapi tissue hanya 1" and she just keep silent then passed the tissue.. ???? I think management should provide some basic Customer Service training..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service. First time was when I went personally there, the service was slow. Second time when I ordered through Grab, the items I ordered were missing.Had to go back to inquire which beat the purpose of ordering Grab in the first place.
Clearly they are lacking of staff. To the owner of the Outlet / Franchise, don’t be a cheapskate, hire more staffs. It reflects your greediness and stinginess by squeezing the most out of your 1 or 2 employees.
Shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burger King with a good lake view at the back & is less crowded here. The French Chicken is nice as they put crunch chicken bacon with the fried pattie else it will be bland. The fries is not as good as McD and is a tad too salty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the ONLY ONE of burgerking’s with amazing view. Great view, less people, neat seatings and huge space. What more do you need? This is far better than the McDonalds across the lake. The only thing they need to improve is customer service. Lets keep this BurgerKing Ayer8 sustainable and remain running for next few years to come!!
