β β β β β I get it. What makes a franchise different from the rest is the workers. The quality of workers determines the quality of that specific location because EVERYTHING else is absolutely the same. Imagine wanting a Curry Capitan and getting it FROZEN. What a let down. It is your choice to reheat your food using hot water to retain flavour and texture. It is your choice to hire staff that barely speaks 2 main languages in this country. It is your choice to make me wait LONGER for my food.
But it's not my damn choice to be served with FROZEN food. I get it if it's cold, but frozen, that's just low. Might as well just spit in my food. At least it won't be frozen.
