★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had their new macaroni cheese XL beef.... you must be really on empty stomach to chow this one down...on my last bite i was already almost at my nose to finish the burger hahaha...it was okay as i have not been to BK so many odd years.....but i would prefer more of the caramelised onion to balanced out the xp chowing down the whole burger till the last bite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is not that busy the service was fast. Loved the whopper a bit on the dry side. Fish burger was good very soft texture. The only problem was that they use too much mayonaise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy staffs, about 3-4 staffs behind the counter but everyone seems to be in their own world. I stood at the counter for a good 10mins and no one attended me. When I asked can I provide my order, they simply told me to wait. Yeah sure, another 5mins wasted there.
I wanted to order beef burger but they said the machine for beef is broken and it was just fixed. We’ll have to wait for another 30mins-1h for them to start taking beef order, definitely not gonna wait anymore. Latte float is not available too, but iced latte is available. Maybe float machine is broken too? Idk.
The preparation for the foods is okay, food quality is okay for the chicken burger only. I ordered cheesy fries and the cheese they gave is just a pure disappointment ? I paid for cheesy fries but they gave fries w cheese add on? Is that what you call it? Iced latte was a disappointment too. Too much milk and it tastes like drinking milk with a tint of coffee.
They will need to improve on their customer service as well as food serving, definitely. There’s a few riders in the booth waiting for the orders too.
