Last time also same thing happened like this then after 1½ hours later the delivery boy deliver the meals... What the hell!? ?????? People are hungry and waiting here for food but they are giving us wrong informations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your staff is really really unprofessional.. Like budak budak yg x erti respect... Don't know how to talk with customers.. Is this KFC train their staff.. This is the reason why MacDonald is number 1...you know why.. Because MacDonald train their staff and their hospitality is great.. But KFC oh my God... Bad as hell.... I'm not asking you to hire an educated staff... But at least teach them how to respect customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order self pick up at 5pm..sampai 520pm nothing is ready. Need to wait another 20mins.Then whats the point of pre-ordered ya? Another thing is for sure after this i will check each item in front of their very own eyes. Get back home for break fasting and notice that 1pc lesser given and that is for my son's meal. i need to drive few km to go and claim it? Call ur customer service not pick up..zzzz...poor service

Someone from the outlet (lady i think maybe supervisor, forgot to ask) call me to apologize and explained the situation. They also replaced to new set. Thank you.. I appreciate it very much. Change from 1 star to 5 star due to their proffesionalism.

Such a tiny small chicken!!! KFC Bandar Saujana Putra is disrespecting me! I ordered trough grabfood and expecting good quality, well at least standard size but this what I got! Am I not paying with money? Such a horrible experience. If you bought anything here, please double check. If you buy it by delivery, please complaint. Unacceptable!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice environment for your breakfast, lunch or dinner . Very nice and friendly staffs the only thing here is it took up to 10minutes for me to get a parking lot cos there are other eateries and restaurants located at same environment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This KFC branch has 2 floors; ground floor and 1st floor. Nice deco downstairs. In term of service in my experience normal. Not convenience for disable I believe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE. First the queue was long. The online order system was down. So we queued and waited 40 mins only to be told that there’s no set meals. Only a la carte, only chicken left. No drinks, no coleslaw, no nothing. They should make announcement to those waiting in queue and not let everyone wait.
