★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order thru grab and packing was a failure. Ordered Hot chocolate and they gave me hot milo and everything spill in the plastic bag. No phone number provided to make a call and ask for a replacement, tried calling the main waited for 45 minutes and nobody picked up.. Wasted my time and money and not going to order again at all. Service failure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does BK hire staff without basic customer service training..? No greeting, no smile, no thank you come again.. The staff at counter looked and sound really annoyed during my order, even when collecting my food they seem unhappy.. Infact instead of them thanking me, I thank them but the staff just ignored me, turned her back and leaned on the counter.. I felt most unwelcome here.. Don't think I will come again.. The restaurant it self is well design and and have decent amount of sittings.. Not many people dine in here as compared to other restaurant in mall.. Food taste fine, enjoyed the cheezy mac grilled chicken burger and their onion rings.. But seriously, their customer service left me with a bad taste in my mouth.. Hope they will improve on this..
