โ โ โ โ โ Service is good, esp from the chashier LAILI, I can tell that she has a very good work ethic, the only thing that she may want to improve is her PR skill. The food is also great, or maybe I was just lucky to dine in when everything was great. Thatโs all.

โ โ โ โ โ Good customer service. Explained combo meals hence saved some money. Covid sop compliant. Staff will tell your waiting time for take away so that you can do other shopping while waiting.

โ โ โ โ โ I had order thru online with specific time to pick up. Very efficient service. I just waited in the car, no need to go out, give a call and the staff came out and handed over my order.
Keep up the good service Pizza Hut. You are not just deliver pizza but you also deliver your promise to customer.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor service,, starting come in with SOP procedure till all family members get the position, etc. After 15 minutes the waiter come and give the QR code to order. At table no folks, no plate. Mshoup arrive after 35 minutes order and follow by pizza etc. 2 times my uncle asking bout aircond but the manager said no customer nearest u so that aircond cant switch on (superb answer by manager). Payment time with 1 menu fail to deliver. Surprise, price at online order not same at casher. I need to cancel the order bcoz they fail to complete my order and after 3 times i said need to cancel the prize for chiken is different with casher.
Please improve PHT. Give 100 to your job and better rest at your staff room or another room.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited around 2pm. The dining experience was not satisfied, environment is hot, not sure if they switched off some of the air cond. Toilet cleanliness need to be improved. Sofa bench fabric all damaged??โโ๏ธ Mushroom soup very watery. Most importantly, please review the google location tagging, it leads to the wrong location

โ โ โ โ โ Always meet our requirement. Services also satisfied. Just the most favorable mushroom soup is different from before. Please improve. Sometimes just come here for that mushroom soup. But pasta is very nice, can't wait for next visit for another pasta flavour.
