β β β β β Only once did I go hereβ¦ never came back. One burger was enough to think, this place sucks. The beef bacon absolutely betrayed me, and as a matter of fact, is false advertising since you serve frozen-reheated ham slices and put it on the burger. This is an actual potential lawsuit because of how bad my experience was back then. Never will I come back to burger king on my own in general.

β β β β β eiiii.. worst experience ever!!!. super duper bad outlet with makcik kepochi as the counter staff.. person before me want to order chicken burgers and the makcik saying that ahhh we dont have it.. 'bukan kita taknak bagi tapi memang tak ada. kita bagi apa yang ada je' eh it just 830pm. not 930pm yet. and that makcik give excuses all the time. annoying excuses. i just look at the kitchen what they have.. i saw whopper. i really in a rush. i aim the whopper and i hope i can get it right away because she said we only serve what we have...i just order whopper ala cart hokkay!!!. and there is sudden blackout . really tiba2!!!.. im so stress. i wait for more than 30 mins i think. she call me. and ask. what u order?.. i said whopper ala cart only!. and the makcik.. oh!!! hah ada. zapp bagi.. hoii if only like that y u dont give me right away before?? y i need to wait for more than 30 mins in hot smoky area?? . its ala cart babe. ala cart!! eh senang cerita dont go there lah . go other restaurant/ outlet. its my 1st time and last time .

β β β β β Spent some time looking at the menu before ordering, asked on the mozzarella cheese stick.
The order was Whopper Jr. Set meal, changed drink to orange juice and added the cheese stick.
It was good, cheese stick was unexpectedly not salty! The cheese stick is on a limited time.

β β β β β Ordered 2 sets; 1 with french fries, 1 with onion rings, but received both french fries instead and no onion rings. Did not call to inform, just assumed its ok, or its just plain error. Tried to call customer service, but out of "office hours" since its a Sunday. Whatever it is, service needs to be improved.
