Dr Fairuz is a very knowledgeable and friendly family medicine specialist.
Medications are also very good (mostly uses original brand, not generic ones)
Highly recommended for people around Sepang or even Cyberjaya/Putrajaya.

β β β β β I seriously regret for going to this clinic which was not professional at home. I mean the doctor. I went there to check a part of my body pain and the male doctor seriously gave me an uncomfortable feelings. As a doctor he should be more serious about the patients but he can even smile like its a joke or something with his ladies assistance. Come on lah, don't act as if you have never seen any woman's body before. You are a doctor and I'm a patient there is nothing wrong in checking your patients. And the fees was quite high more than RM100. But my pain didn't go away.
I chose to go to another clinic which I've been going since kid..seriously the doctor was kept on saying sorry before he check and never gave me any uncomfortable feelings at all. The fees was just RM70 which was quite reasonable and his consultation was very clear and good. I was very happy when I go back.
Its not always about the money it's about how you treat your patience with kindness. Not satisfied at all.

β β β β β Bank transferred RM230 to take PCR test, next day they tell me I need to pay another RM230 in cash even though already paid RM230 before. Needed the test results for my flight so I called them and the person hang up on me. The RM230 that I paid through bank transfer would take 1 more day to transfer, but they still refused to send my test results, even though they acknowledged that the money was in transit. Very disappointing customer service, paid RM230 and they refused to send my results.

β β β β β my friend went here for a blood test and the nurse was keep moving around the needle while it was in her veins trying to get sumn. also, they used a gauze for the bandage instead of a cotton ball and she was bleeding so bad after the test till she had to remove the bandage and change to a new one. very bad service.

β β β β β Went there as I am having a bad headache and allergies just to be told that I drank not enough water and have sinus. Fine, I am under panel clinic HealthMetrics which I can claim RM80/time, and I was charged RM137 without informing me or asking my permission if I am okay to pay the additional charges anot, the receptionist is super unfriendly! I said canβt u just allocate the medication just enough for the RM80? Then she just gave me her unsatisfied face and say cannot. I was too angry at the moment, I should have just rejected the medication and not take any of it. I am really not happy with the receptionist not for not asking me permission earlier if I am okay to pay for the extra charges. I felt being cheated

β β β β β If you're here, look for Dr Fairuz. She is the best, she gives clear explaination on my problem and show empathy. The waiting time is not long and everything were smooth. Will surely recommend this clinic to all my friends & family. Keep it up!
