The building is connected with Medan Mara and Primera Hotel. The best place to get the latest design of baju kurung, kebaya, tudung and others. There are a few good restaurants at ground floor. Local and traditional snacks can also be found. You can also pamper yourself at the Spa here. The Mara Digital centre is located at the third floor. You can buy Laptops, Computers, IT Gadgets and accessories here. Utility shop is at the fourth floor. Lifts and escalators are available and the toilets are clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Mara shopping center are located next to the Premeir Hotel, all food there are delicious esp. the Ani Soup stall, at the 2nd floor and above are selling Muslim colthing, most popular are Siti Katijah Muslim clothing. 3rd. floor are the hp. service shop, the cheapest and resonalble price are at Ustaz store.
