★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promised to be done by Tuesday. But when asked on Monday , he said sorry today we are too busy. I have already stated I needed to use by Wednesday. He cannot deliver the message properly. I don't even mind if he can't adjust the brightness of the colour as per requested. But he didn't even tell me he can't make it by Tuesday if he needed to design. I have high hopes that he can get done by Tuesday but last minute he said cannot. Highly not recommended.
