★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rental here not expensive. Near KL town, Puchong town, PJ, Sedang, Cyberjaya & Putrajaya. Opposite is primary Chinese school Lai Meng, so will jam during morning and lunch hours. Now Aurora place is open, and Pavilion 2 work in progress. It will become happening place here. Good to stay or invest here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place has the stupidest rule i’ve ever heard. i lived in level 1. they locked the stairs. why would i need a lift to go up? what if a fire break out? would the managements responsible for it if the worst happen?totally again the fire code in some countries. also the have a curfew for the side gate. can u imagine u live in block E and dont own a car and have to use the main entrance which is miles away from the side gate?this place got jokes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those who park their car at the roadside (outside of the apartment) for overnight need to be careful. You parked at your own risk.
My brother's car was gone (we suspected people stole it at midnight) as he couldn't find his car the next morning. Then, my car's battery was stolen and my dad's car exhaust was gone.
It may sound absurd but, unfortunately, all these happen occasionally even after we made a police report for the first case (my brother's)?.
PS: Only 1 carpark per unit is provided on the apartment premises. If you want to get an extra car parking space, you will need to bid/rent (as far as I know, it is limited). If you are lucky to get 1, congrats to you, your car is safe from the incidents mentioned.
