★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noob in music. No knowledge in Piano at all. after weeks of survey, study from internet, youtube, reviews and of course multiple questions threw to Piano Tan. I must say, Piano Tan is the best salesman I have ever met. He is not pushing you to buy expensive piano but try to answer my every questions so I can make a decision on my own and decide what to go for. I must say, thank you Piano Tan. Surely, I should take the upright, considering budget, space and living area, it seems digital piano is the best fit for my current situation. perhaps I might pain for second time which could be even painful. Well, if the kid able to reach that level, I must say, the pain is worth it.
I didn't make my purchase through BPM directly but via Shopee. Still, the arrangement for delivery was way beyond my expectation. Please fair to Piano Tan, he was aware that I was going to make the order, that is why he could make such arrangement. Order made 11.30am, delivery arrived around 3.40pm on the same day. Again! thanks to his team who so committed to deliver as soon as possible. my fastest online purchase so fast. I do not think it will happen again unless I buy from Piano Tan again.
If there is another chance, I shall come back to you, but please, not so soon la ya. Thank you once again to BPM as a team.

Kids are happy with the used Kawai piano, which was well serviced and maintained. I like how they keep us in touch and updated thru out the buying process and answers all our questions promptly. Lots of refurbished pianos were available when we visited the store. The delivery team was very kind and polite, arrived at my location in a timely manner. I recommend buying from them. Overall great experience with Buy Piano Malaysia though there are some hiccups on the delivery, but it was closely followed up and updated by the team.
