โ โ โ โ โ Bad booking experience. Called up yesterday for car maintenance schedule booking, the staff asked me walk in will do. This morning drove my car over, said 10 cars awaiting, go back in afternoon. I went over during lunch hour, said 11 cars queueing, should book appointment in advance. I was like?? Chan Auto at Sri Muda always my best choice. Never facing this kind of situation if do the servicing at Chan Auto. This is the first and last time I will visit your office. Thank you

โ โ โ โ โ Call for booking, reach on time, and still need to wait, keep doing others car without booking, what for im booking for?
Although can see alot low rating here,but still everyday full of ppl waiting, now that the problems, because too many ppl, they will oversight some problem, like my car engine oil is leaking,they dint even bother it,just fast settle my car and continue next car service.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited here few times for car service. Boss and staff are friendly. The only centre which can accommodate me walk in on a weekday, so can't complain about waiting time. If u don't want wait just make appointment. Price reasonable. They are honest with their service. Most recommended service centre in Klang.
