โ โ โ โ โ I wish to share my appreciation to Jeryeme and Chloe who took time to assist me in the purchase of Grundfos Pump model CMBE5 62. It was 5.40pm, and they assured me that if payment is made immediately, they will make sure the pump is delivered to my house this evening. They really value the issue when there is domestic water supply problem
Sure enough, before 8pm, the pump was delivered in good condition.
To the management, these are the kind of employees who will be assets to the success of the company. Excellent Customer Support will differentiate you from others who also supply the same product.

โ โ โ โ โ The service engineer/tech (Mr Tee) came by on time as promised by the office. He was very professional, independent and gave good advise on future care/usage of the device that needed replacing.
Overall, I personally had a very good client servicing experience. The service guy definitely is a good reflection of the BWS company. And his practice in turn is a reflection on the training & management culture. Kudos to everyone at BWS for a very good service experience.
I'm a very satisfied client.
