★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just installed Grundfos Water Pump Uni-E CM3-5, 0.65kw Variable Booster for my double storey house this afternoon.
It’s fantastic, very quiet and with adjustable water pressure to suit our needs.
The customer service from BWS Sales & Service Sdn Bhd is excellent. Customer service right from Mr Loy to their staff Yen, Vicky and Siti and their installer were very good, courteous, prompt reminders and installation appointment.
Congratulations to the team at BWS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellence service! Picked up phone despite after office hours and able to recommend a perfect suitable pump for my house despite we only talk via phone only. Really a great, trust worthy seller and also great job done by the installer. My purchased pump Uni-E CM5-5 is super quiet as compared to my old pump. Also the staffs were excellence, invoice date is 26/11/2020 and they key in purchased date as 30/11/2020 because delivery on 30/11/2020. Just registered for e-warranty today and managed to get additional half year warranty. Bravo to BWS Sales & Services Sdn Bhd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great job done by BWS grundfos water pump service team. Reported my faulty grundfos pump yesterday and they attended my house at kepong for site inspection today. Replaced my faulty grundfos pressure controller which caused the pump running non stop and over heated. Appreciated.

Thanks for Mr Wong for recommended me this model to replaced the existing faulty grundfow cm3-5pm1 which leaking and too high pressure. Appreciated. Good job.

In addition to the low noise quality product, satisfactory customer service, quick reply to messages despite all sorts of questions and up to many days, if something miscommunication, they quickly apologize and what I like most is the negotiable price !!.
