We know you are more knowledgeable than the customers but it is very rude to shut them up with your points & loud voice. Please control your short-term angry management. Be like your beside counter guy friend. He is way more polite, comfortable to talk and always attentive. Learn from him. See how all his customers always thanked and appreciate him after getting their cars done.
