★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for hair coloring. Cant even see the hair color only on bottom since i color that before. A month after that, went to another salon and did it perfectly n no need to bleach. Waste my money for hair color that u barely notice. However for gel mani pedi.. Its was good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a hair cut there and their professional hairstylist (the hairstylist not from local, sorry for saying that. The way he cut really JUNIOR experience) is really not worth for RM48! Strongly not recommended for men's hair cut here! Even if you go for Director hairstylist of RM68 (for men's cut), will be even worst I believe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't know I'm such a stupid customer until I came back for the second time and read the reviews. THIS SALON IS A FRAUD!!! FOR YOUR INFORMATION GUYS, THIS SALON DID NOT DO THE ACTUAL KERATIN TREATMENT FOR RM258!!! THEIR ACTUAL KERATIN TREATMENT IS K-GLOSS YADA YADA WHICH COST RM600!!! WASTED MY MONEY!!!THEY ALSO GONNA PUSH U TO ADD ON THESE ,ADD ON THAT!! THEIR TOWEL ARE DIRTY TOO!! I WANNA PUKE!! NO WONDER THEY DONT HAVE OTHER BRANCHES!!! NOW ALL I GOT ARE ITCHY SCALP, FRIZZY HAIR AND SCALE DANDRUFF!!! PLEASEEEEEE, GO TO OTHER SALON LIKE HAIR TRIC AND LASHILITY.

Omg...very expensive and wasted my money. I've got the worst saloon experience so far.
Went for hair color and keratin treatment....such a lie. The keratin treatment wasn't done properly... infact it was very carelessly done, if we ask or question on why is it being done such way, the stylist replied with such rude manner. It was mentioned that they've got promotion for hair color and treatment...but after going there, they were totally manipulative and recommended another type of hair color which was claimed to be healthy and non-damage. And the result of my hair after the hair color is even more worst now...I've got itch scalp and alot of hair loss. Moreover, the hair color can't be seen at all. But the hairstylist mentioned that it is ultra light and can be seen compare to the chemical one....which was totally conniving. The hairstylist were very rude and truly non professional. Haircut were even more worst, I asked for a haircut and he was disagreeing with me as well as spoke disrespectfully. And the haircut were such a mess. Seriously very disappointed and not worth for money at all.

I saw the promo that they had on instaGram but when I reached there, they started to hard sell all the premium treatment and I end up rejecting all of them and remain with the current promo…The service turned bad after I rejected the more expensive treatment. The lady was very rough when handling my hair and even worse when comes to washing time, she scratched my scalp AT FULL STRENGTH REPEATEDLY until I had to tell her please stop scratching so hard, it hurts. (Ps: we are not suppose to scratch our scalp too hard cause it can damage our skin and hair follicle) this means, this salon is lacked of hair knowledge and professionalism, they can’t even wash hair properly. Conclusion, RIP YOUR WALLET OR RIP YOUR SCALP..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If got half star rating i will give that to this saloon. He so called manager of the salon Mr Bay beh, didnt know how to manage customer at all! He even yell on me. I feel disappointed bcus they put on instagram keratin hair treatment for Rm258. The same price on promo when i came for the first time. For the first time the guy who served me think he is viatnamese did diferently and the result last long, but recently when i came they did the very different process , not same like what i got before. It just like normal papaya treatment.when i asked the hairdresser she said the other mybe k- gross. Which i need to topup. There is no transparency in their promo! When i talked to Beh, he seems like didnt know how to handle angry customer and even yell and threaten me! He said if i dont wanna pay he will do police report!! Which i can do police report as well cus this company doing fraud! Very disappointed! The management here is gone, not like last time anymore. Toilet is unacceptable dirty! No tea served, and the girl also dont know how to welcome customer, she obviously just working for paycheck not with passion. But i dont blame her cus maybe he also stress working with this company its seem.over all please ask keratin hair treatment of just normal hair treatment. If u want to do the real keratin treatment which they called k-gross somthing u have topup for another rm350 total will be rm600. Which u can go to famous hair saloon in KL no need to drive all the way to this place!
