★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is alright. But the roasted chicken was a huge disappointment....taste is a far cry from Singapore's Poulet outlet. The roasted chicken was hard and dry, had a bit of the refrigerator smell, where as in Singapore it's always juicy and tender, and very fragrant. We couldnt even finish the chicken. I hope management can do something about their food quality because I really looked forward to enjoying Poulet in JB!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this restaurant at dinner time as there was no queue. Interestingly the standard was the same as the ones in Singapore. In view of the prices, it’s cheaper than what’s been offered here in Singapore. Good French roasted chicken and pasta and service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The roasted chicken is a disappointment , the food is cold when serve, the agile olio pasta feel like using the myojo instant noodle ‘s paste to cook. The only nice thing is the onion soup, taste pretty nice.
Overall pricing is normal but I guess I won’t come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place offer great foods but underated. Reviewed after my second visit. Ordered French Roasted Chicken with Mushroom Cream Sauce. Tender and juicy chicken but honestly I like it with Diane Sauce (recomended) better during my first visit. Pasta was ok and also really love the French Onion Soup. Tried Truffle Mashed Potatoes too which I can't find elsewhere and really tasty! Would come back for the roasted chicken!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two stars for the Truffle fries. Chicken was tender, but the taste was unsatisfying. The mushroom cream sauce taste nothing like mushroom, instead it had a strong coconut taste. The French onion soup was salty. However, the Truffle fries was tasty and crispy without being overly greasy. The fresh orange juice was just fruit cordial, wasn't fresh at all. The price was too much for the experience.The staff was friendly but the food was utterly disappointing compared to when I had it in Singapore.
