★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually the food is ok though the chendol and drinks really sucks. As for service, to be fair to the waitresses, they all seemed overwhelmed by the job and having to figure out what the customers really want. Speak to them in Malay and with patience they will be ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant was clever in getting our attention by having their nyonya kuays displayed outside. They looked really good and we decided to visit and try their chendol as well. Servers were totally inattentive and ignored our presence at the door. We found our seats right at the entrance and throughout our stay there, we saw that it’s not just us, literally everyone who waited at the door was not attended to.
We ordered some drinks and chendol. When the drinks arrived, the server accidentally spilled some milo into my lap and she apologized without bringing me any tissue to wipe. And we realized that they just served our coffee without the teaspoon. We had to walk in to ask for them since the servers never bothered to come out. And after 3-5 minutes, the spoons were still not brought to us and I simply walked right back to the counter to grab hold of some plastic stirrer. We waited for more than 15 minutes for a bowl of chendol that never arrived. We were so angry that we decided to just walk to the counter, cancel the chendol and paid our bill. For the kind of coffee that we were drinking, we found the prices to be totally unjustifiable!
This is going to be the last time that I will ever visit this place. I had seldom, or maybe even never given a one star in all my hundreds of ratings and they took the honor of that. If there’s a choice of no star, most probably that will be the rating. Totally unfriendly and rude customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was tasty and filling. It was served hot and the spice level was just nice. Their Oriental Tofu was filled with herbs and had less salt. However, their chendol tends to be too sweet. Would be great if they can adjust the sweetness according to the customer's needs. They should also revise their pricing. It was on the higher side.
