If your intention is expecting us to be considerate towards you, then I'm sorry because your tone makes you sound like you're complaining to me. Yes, we are indeed appreciative towards your effort to deliver despite in this pandemic situation. But at the same time, being professional is also part of keeping up your reputation. I don't understand what's the reason behind you or your staff texting her and telling her about all the details including the price. So what is the surprise for? I would say the cake was awesome , but your attitude is the worst that I ever have before ! Poor service and such an irresponsible ! Pls don’t accept anything if u can’t do it , once u accept it , and it will become Your business. We have demand and you supply.
